Recent OFSTED Inspection The pre-school was inspected by OFSTED in December 2009 and we are very pleased that we were awarded an overall grading of Good with “Outstanding” in the following areas: · The effectiveness of partnerships · The effectiveness of the setting's engagement with parents and carers · The extent to which the children achieve and enjoy their learning · The extent to which children make a positive contribution · The extent to which children develop skills for the future OFSTED also judged that: "staff know children very well as individuals which enables them to support their particular interests and ways of learning" "children are very confident and enthusiastic learners" “children make very good progress in their learning and development" "Excellent communication with parents, carers and other connected professionals means that individual needs are well met and transition to school is effectively supported." "staff promote excellent partnerships with parents, carers and other settings" "children use language very well to communicate".
